Girls on the Run

Empowering our Students: Girls on the Run

We are proud to host Girls on the Run, a transformational program that inspires girls to be joyful, healthy, and confident. Over the course of the season, our participants meet twice a week with trained volunteer coaches to engage in a research-based curriculum that blends physical activity with important life lessons. From building "Star Power" to navigating friendships and practicing empathy, these girls learn that their potential is limitless. The season culminates in a celebratory 5K event, where the girls cross the finish line—not to beat a clock, but to prove to themselves that they can accomplish anything they set their minds to.

Program Highlights

  • Confidence Building: Interactive lessons focused on self-care and positive self-talk.
  • Teamwork: Activities designed to foster meaningful connections and support.
  • Physical Health: A fun, non-competitive approach to staying active and healthy.
  • The Big Finale: A community 5K run that celebrates every girl’s hard work and growth.
